NETSUITE MANAGER
The Netsuite Manager is a critical role in back-end operations and must work directly with Product Development, E-commerce and 3PL teams as well as the COO to ensure Netsuite is functioning properly to execute all company operations that rely on Netsuite ERP and WMS. This has the potential to be a hybrid and/or fully remote role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
GENERAL:
– Work closely with each department to produce detailed SOP documents for all operations in Netsuite (examples: creating/editing products, creating a PO, receiving inbound inventory against PO, updating inventory after cycle counts, etc.). This includes constant monitoring and adjusting of these procedures in response to malfunctions or inefficiencies.
– Execute customisations as per each department’s needs: user permissions, interfaces, custom reports, scheduled reports, custom PDFs, saved searches, shortcuts, etc.
– Assist E-commerce team with backend testing (flows, mapping, API calls, etc.).
– Assist with manual/mass data imports/exports needed by various departments, including troubleshooting failed/incomplete data transfers, helping to correct errors in data and finding workarounds for system limitations.
– Assist all company Netsuite users with troubleshooting system errors. Liaise with Netsuite support and any other third party product/service to troubleshoot errors.
– Project Manage integrations of any third party products/services (apps, plug-ins, connectors, etc.). Liaise with third-party support to troubleshoot any errors with third-party products/services.
SALES EVENTS:
– Work closely with E-commerce team to produce detailed SOP documents that outline all Netsuite checks required BEFORE any/all sales events/scenarios (flows, product set-up, cycle count, test orders for new product, etc.) and oversee their execution. This includes constant monitoring and adjusting of these procedures in response to malfunctions or inefficiencies.
– Constant monitoring DURING sales events and address any occurrences in real time.
– Work closely with E-commerce team to produce detailed SOP documents that outline all checks required AFTER any/all sales events/scenarios (fraud, bots, payment captured, overselling, etc.) and oversee their execution. This includes constant monitoring and adjusting of these procedures in response to malfunctions or inefficiencies.
*** Must be able to respond to outages in off hours (shared responsibility with E-commerce Director and Web Developer).
REQUIREMENTS:
– Minimum 2 years experience using Netsuite ERP and WMS
– Minimum 2 years experience using Celigo (flows and mapping) and Novamodule – Must have experience with Shopify
– Experience with Shipstation is preferred.
– Experience with HTML coding preferred.
– Strong testing and debugging skills.
