Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality control.
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments, ensuring adherence to company standards.
Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts in the system.
Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers and freight services.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
Keep the warehouse neat, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
Update inventory systems promptly upon receipt or dispatch of goods.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in shipping/receiving or a similar warehouse role is preferred but not mandatory.
Forklift operation skills (certification is a plus, but training will be provided).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
Basic computer literacy for maintaining inventory and shipment documentation.
