Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures.
- Communicates with internal teams to request work orders with specific requirements.
- Communicates with external vendors to request service quotes and status requests.
- Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.
- Physical movement of equipment up to 20 lbs.
- Solves a broad range of service/ support problems varying in scope and complexity.
Requirements:
- May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with database tracking and management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills
- Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.
- Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.99 - $24.00 per hour
