Job Title: Social Worker

Location: Elizabethton, TN

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract with possible extension

Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to identify needs and develop care plans
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral therapy to individuals
- Collect and maintain accurate patient data in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Work with geriatric populations to address unique social and emotional needs
- Conduct research to stay current on best practices in social work
- Implement cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to support patients
