This position will be remote based out of Oahu (Honolulu) Hawaii.

This position requires travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities: Provide Deputy Project Management support to the PAC VOIP Program or other projects as assigned in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines. The Deputy Project Manager will assist the Project Manager with the following tasks:

• Execute project scope and objectives.
• Direct and supervise onsite and offsite activities for the project to include multidisciplinary staff and subcontractors.
• Manage the technical direction of a project through design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Drive projects from original concept through final implementation.
• Interface with all stakeholders affected by the project.
• Develop and deliver detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and review/submit project deliverables.
• Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables.
• Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
• Coordinate project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately.

Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
• Bachelor's or equivalent, with 5 - 7 years of program management experience
• Experience with DOD or Army Programs
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple vendors, subcontractors, customers, and employees in the execution of project plans.
• Experience managing large projects and budgets.
• Strong skills working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required
• CMMI experience a plus
• Project Management Professional Certification a plus
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service and excellent organizational skills are required
• The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
