Our client based in Nashville, TN is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to play a key role in their success. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
About the Company:
Our client is a leading third-party General Contractor with over 40 years of experience in the multifamily industry. They specialize in production-style construction, building wood-framed communities across the Southeast, from Florida to Texas. With billions of dollars in completed projects, they are known for their innovative approach, commitment to quality, and focus on their people.
What you'll do:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily projects, ensuring they stay within budget, timeline, and scope.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
- Monitor construction progress, maintaining quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation and communication, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, mentoring and supporting team members.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Must have 3 years of Project Management experience specifically on wood-frame, multi-family construction projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multifamily projects, preferably in the Southeast region.
- Experience with production-style construction and wood-frame structures.
- Strong understanding of building practices, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
