Logistics Route Monitor

Route Monitor

Join our dynamic team in Chattanooga, TN! We are in search of a dedicated full-time Route Monitor to take on the essential role of route monitoring. The ideal candidate should be computer literate, have impeccable phone etiquette, and be tech-savvy with strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Proactively contact drivers, clients, or other stakeholders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

· Monitor and track delivery routes for timely and efficient deliveries.

· Regularly review and audit delivery processes and documentation to maintain accuracy and consistency.

· Serve as the primary contact for drivers, assisting them with any reschedules or providing timeframes for deliveries.

· Ensure that all “mcodes” associated with deliveries are scanned and recorded appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Highly Self Motivated

· Strong verbal skills

· Geographical knowledge of the local to the site.

· Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at a time.

· Exhibit positive attitude when working with customers and technicians.
