Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the location’s daily P4P (In Window, Completion, QOS & IVR usage)
· Provide timely, accurate and detailed reporting to General Manager (GM)
· Assist GM with the evaluation of the effectiveness of and recommend alternatives for work methods, procedures to reduce overall cost to improve monthly P&L
· Implement tasks, create reports, assist with daily operational needs, and complete assignments at General Supervisor’s direction.
· Continuously provide oversight and guidance to monitor customer escalation, GE escalation, and HD escalation and resolve escalation tickets, making direct customer contact and involving GM as required to reach a satisfactory outcome.
· Direct and manage verbal and email communication for issues, escalations, and damages.
· Interview potential delivery team members
· Monitor each employee’s daily performance, pinpoint responsibility, and accountability for failures in customer service/installation and provide direction for improvement.
· Create and schedule work orders as needed.
· Monitor the check-in and load out process and personnel, adjust as needed.
· Weekly reporting of trucks and drivers assigned to the GM.
· Coordinate and communicate with all department Supervisors to accurately forecast and plan for daily delivery needs, achieve work objectives and ensure seamless movement of freight.
· Work with Driver Supervisor to confirm routes 1-3 days in advance.
· Coach and motivate all employees to meet or exceed metric goals in Handheld compliance and Completion Rate
· Instill in all employees the expectation and desire to provide customers with excellent service, courteous treatment, and quality products.
· Manage key performance indicators relative to sales growth, productivity, inventory control and profit margins.
· Supervise and monitor all departments within the designated budget.
· Maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as all Company policies and procedures.
· Comply with and ensure execution of all safety standards and requirements to assure a safe and hazard-free workplace including OSHA requirements and COVID-19 PPE usage.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Minimum five years’ experience in Operations and/or Logistics Management
· Deep understanding and knowledge of the home appliance industry, including installation and servicing.
· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or similar field preferred
· Excellent communication and time management skills desired; attention to detail and ability to analyze and process improve strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated success in developing and managing employees, creating a quality and service-oriented workplace.
· Preferred fluency in Spanish.
