```Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced to join our team. As a , you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to construction, carpentry, and general maintenance person work. If you have a strong background in trim carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction painting, we encourage you to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications
- Measure, cut, and install trim and molding
- Build and install cabinets, shelves, and other custom woodwork
- Perform drywall installation and repair
- Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation
- Paint surfaces using appropriate techniques and materials

Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
