Aynor, SC
2-3 Month Contract Assignment

TempExperts is seeking a Service Administrator to join an established and growing company in Aynor, SC for an assignment to last 2 months.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist with customer service needs including scheduling, updates on services, service needs, updates and follow up
  • Opening and closing of work orders including appraisal and repair work.
  • Delivered of new equipment.
  • Managing work process to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Assist in scheduling shop assignments, work orders, field service function, and delivery of vehicles.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience scheduling services or a combination of education or experience.
  • Strong MS Office knowledge, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook required.
  • Experience or knowledge working with industrial equipment, such as construction or forestry equipment is beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
