TemperaturePro of Allen, TX is looking to hire an experienced and full-time Service Technician Manager to help us grow this location. Our Senior Technician Managers work Monday through Friday, with limited on-call opportunities. This position earns a base salary of $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, our Service Technician Managers receives commissions on sales. We offer amazing benefits and perks, including stipend medical, a company truck, a company phone, paid holidays, 1 week of vacation after 1 year and 2 weeks after 2 years. We also plan to implement a 401(k) plan soon!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE TECHNICIAN MANAGER
As our Service Technician Manager, you have dual responsibilities. You manage and oversee HVAC operations as a manager, as well as go out into the field and troubleshoot and service systems, as an experienced technician. You use your trade and management skills to facilitate a team atmosphere through example and attitude. You develop technicians at all levels with our service program. With company objectives in mind, you conduct daily technician check-ins, reinforce company processes, and maximize training opportunities. Additionally, you maintain communication with all customers, workers, owners, and ensure quality HVAC services. You feel great seeing how much you contribute to helping our business run smoothly!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background in HVAC
- Management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification
- Ability to comfortably use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening upon hire
NATE certification and experienced Service Titan user not required but highly recommended. Can you easily build a good rapport with clients? Are you results-oriented?
