About the team: 

You will be part of a small and nimble IT team, within a diverse and engaging work environment. The team is divided between the Copenhagen and US offices. The focus of this team is to support each other while at the same time helping the organization to develop, maintain, and optimize a modern workplace while keeping company data secured in a Zero-Trust-Environment. 

This role is based in our Copenhagen office and is an in-office position. 

About the role: 

We're looking for a service-minded person who enjoys assisting users with their IT software and hardware issues. This person should have experience with system administration and a good understanding of IT environments as well as have a proven track record of providing technical assistance and troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only technically proficient but also has good interpersonal skills and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Your experience will ensure you're well-equipped to handle the diverse technical challenges that come with the role. At the same time, we will ensure you receive additional training on our specific systems and processes and give opportunities for personal development. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Set up new computers and administer operating system installation, configuration, and maintenance as well as set up monitors, switches, and network cables.
  • Manage Intune, Azure, and our Office 365 environment.
  • Manage existing devices and policies via Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
  • Manage users via Azure Active Directory.
  • Manage licenses for our different software products and govern access.
  • Purchase IT equipment and keep Asset Inventory up to date.
  • Troubleshoot software issues for Office, Windows, Adobe, Slack, and more.
  • Create and maintain guides and articles for our self-service site.
  • Own and participate in IT projects.

Expect about five days of travel per year to our Berlin and Eindhoven offices. These trips are for local IT projects and maintaining the local IT setup.

Who are you?

  • You enjoy working with hardware and software and have a higher-than-average understanding of both.
  • You have a couple of years of experience with IT support or similar.
  • You are service-minded, and helping others comes naturally to you.
  • You are a structured, responsible, open-minded team player who takes the initiative and gets stuff done.
  • You have a positive mindset and attitude.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
