Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-9pm

Job Description

Temporary Accommodations is a leading provider of short-term housing solutions for those displaced from their home from a loss due to fire, flood or other disasters.

We are currently looking for ambitious and self-motivated people to assist our hotel and long term rental department in providing temporary housing options to our policyholders. We are looking for someone with flexibility that might be open to growing with the company.

While working on a team, you will be responsible for a seamless housing process from start to finish.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to LTP team as they facilitate the housing process from start to finish.
  • Search for temporary housing for displaced policyholders.
  • Effectively communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters about any updates to their claim.
  • Assist with inbound calls related to the department and coming in to the company main line.
  • This is a very phone intensive position.

Qualifications:

  • Strong math skills, attention to detail, and research skills
  • Excellent communication, grammar, writing, and phone skills
  • Ability to show initiative, work in a fast paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Sense of urgency a must
  • Ability to be understanding and stay calm in stressful situations
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

Work Location: One location
