Job Posting for Housing Search Specialist at Temporary Accommodations

IN OFFICE POSITION / Temp. to Perm.

Tuesday-Saturday 12pm-9pm

Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize search engines for temporary housing for displaced policyholders.
  • Assist with inbound calls to the department line and the company's main line.
  • Discuss / negotiate leases with Landlords
  • Gathering necessary information for property needs
  • Keeping clients / supervisor updated daily on status by phone / email

Qualifications:

  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong research skills
  • Excellent communication, grammar, writing, and phone skills
  • Ability to show initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Sense of urgency a must
  • Ability to be understanding and stay calm in stressful situations
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Required)
