Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Accountable for overseeing and protecting the hospital's assets in accordance with set standards.
- Oversee the Finance Department's operations to ensure that financial management reports, such as internal and external monthly financial statements, yearly audits, and annual budgets, are accurate and distributed on time.
- Create and maintain controls and systems that increase the value of the company by ensuring the accuracy of all data, processes, and systems.
- Create reports that, based on historical, current, and anticipated operations, summarise and forecast the business activity and financial status of the company in terms of income, expenses, and earnings.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
- A bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Five or more years of experience financing for-profit hospitals
- Three years or more of experience as a supervisor
