Compensation Range: $62,000 - $90,000/year
The Tempur Sealy manufacturing site in Denver, CO is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor is multi-skilled, responsible for installation/start-up and troubleshooting of all mechanical and electrical processes used in the manufacture of mattresses, mattress components, and similar bedding products. A successful candidate will ensure facility oversight and management of equipment located in the building or on the grounds to maximize production, functional longevity, and aesthetic.
What you will do:
- Maintain responsibility for the installation, start-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all mechanical and electrical processes used in the manufacture of mattresses, mattress components, and similar bedding products. Such equipment may include: sewing equipment, foam fabrication equipment, motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc.
- Manage and maximize the output of plant equipment used in production, functional longevity, and aesthetic of the products.
- Plan, delegate, and perform work that requires a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principles, written specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and the principles of operation and application for electronic equipment.
- Directly manage all maintenance staff, contractors, OEM’s to ensure safety, timely production, and completion of their projects.
- Collaborate with Plant Director and Department Supervisors to ensure successful accomplishment of the site’s production needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary : $62,000 - $90,000
