Product Development - Provide maintenance and equipment capability input into the design process
Process Development & Machine Performance Audits - Develop new manufacturing processes to enable the cost effective production of new and current products to high quality standards. Support quoting, specification, and launch of manufacturing equipment. Develop assessments for equipment cleanliness and performance. Oversee network Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Maintenance Program Development - Schedule resources (people, equipment, materials) to efficiently repair and service production equipment. Provide strong technical guidance and leadership to staff of skilled maintenance personnel. Develop maintenance technical training. Develop preventive maintenance programs. Oversee hiring and promotion of maintenance professionals (supervisors and technicians), contract maintenance budget and contracts, schedule vendors who come on-site to do specialized work, and evaluate potential new equipment.
Manufacturing Standardization - With all plants, develop and implement manufacturing & maintenance best practices, including Maintenance Shops, critical spare parts and inventory programs.

College Degree or at least 5 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
Administrator of CMMS
Skilled in the following: DOE, FMEA, Economics & Cost Analysis and Value Analysis.
Strong understanding of manufacturing (including automation), engineering, and quality systems.
Successful project launch experience.
Strong project management, communication, organizational and presentation skills.
Strong team and people-management skills, including team-building, motivation techniques and a good understanding of effective supervisory concepts and practices.
5 years experience in data analysis and operations performance management
Operational excellence training strongly preferred (Lean/Six Sigma)
