As the Director of Sales- North America you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of the organization in North America.
Your Opportunity:
- Lead and manage a revenue-generating Field Sales team while providing coaching, guidance, and support to maximize their performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration in North America
- Set ambitious sales targets and closely monitor the team's progress, taking necessary actions to address any performance gaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, customer success, and demand generation teams to develop effective sales campaigns, customer satisfaction, generate leads, and drive brand awareness in the target market
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, successful onboarding, and customer retention
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates for senior management on team performance, revenue projections, and market insights
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise software sales, preferably in the cybersecurity or cloud computing industry
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the North American market and preferably in the cloud security market, including customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- A self-motivated and goal-driven individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving business success
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. Ability to travel as required to meet with customers, attend industry events and support the sales team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $213,333.33 USD. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. Employees are also eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay (commission for sales roles, bonus for non-sales roles), depending on company and individual performance.
