- Responsible for researching and developing machine translation algorithms in the gaming field, including neural network-based translation models, open-source large models, and multi-system integration.
- Optimize the machine translation system to improve translation quality and efficiency.
- Analyze and solve common problems and challenges in machine translation, such as ambiguity, polysemy, language differences, etc.
- Track and study the latest NLP technology and algorithms to maintain an understanding of the industry.
- Have more than 3 years of experience in machine translation algorithm research.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree, majoring in computer science, computational linguistics, artificial intelligence, or related fields.
- Proficient in deep learning algorithms and have an in-depth understanding and practical experience of the training details of large models, such as parameter tuning, finetuning, etc.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C , and familiar with commonly used deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
- Those with experience in commercial NMT system development or outstanding results in WMT machine translation evaluation are preferred.
- Those with papers in top conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NIPS, ICLR are preferred.
- Possess strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with team members and promote project progress.
- Passionate about the gaming industry, with some understanding of the gaming field.
