This role demands extensive travel between the Northeast and Southeast regions, comprising approximately 60% of the workload. The Field Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue cycle operations and enhancing member experience through seamless integration and process enhancements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with studios, RCM, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of new RCM systems and processes into existing workflows.
- Develop and document efficient workflows in collaboration with studios to enhance revenue cycle operations and elevate member experience.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes related to revenue cycle management.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to address education needs and promote proficiency in revenue cycle systems.
- Provide guidance and support during system and process implementations, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide ongoing updates to revenue cycle leadership on performance progress and opportunities for continued process enhancement.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, 6 years of experience in dental revenue cycle management..
