Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee our recruiting efforts for temporary gig workers within the hospitality industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire staffing flow, from posting ads and sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned recruiter to make an impact in a fast-paced environment and support Tend’s rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
· Staffing Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a steady flow of candidates to meet staffing needs for various events.
· Hospitality Recruiting: Source, attract, and hire hospitality professionals, including servers, bartenders, and other event staff.
· Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
· Candidate Engagement: Respond to inquiries, screen applications, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
· Interviewing: Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers as needed to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
· Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
· Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
· Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
· Employer Branding: Promote Tend, Inc. as an employer of choice through various channels, showcasing our culture and opportunities.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in hospitality, staffing, or related industries.
· Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, applicant tracking systems, and hiring metrics.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
