What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Admin Assistant position at Tender Care Admin, Inc.?
We are searching for an HR/Admin Assistant to add to our growing team supporting the medically complex and fragile pediatric population. Tender Care is the 1st independently owned PPEC in the State of Florida with our initial center opening in 1988. Our mission is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care. We operate Monday – Saturday and provide skilled nursing care, a variety of therapies, education, nutritious meals, and door to door transportation to all patients.
In this position, your hours will be from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Your jobs' main focus will involve assisting the facility Administrator with daily tasks and assisting the HR Director with HR related tasks specific to the facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist Administrator - clerical duties, phone calls, etc.
- Assist HR Director - incident reporting, benefits, etc.
- Maintain employment files - personnel, I-9s, W4s, etc.
- Employee timecard tracking - correct timecards, track time off requests
- Employee Relations - maintain positive working relationships
- Recruitment & Retention - hire new talent, retain strong staff members
- Employee Development - annual reviews, counselings, trainings, etc.
A qualified candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Level 2 Background Screening Clearance
- 1 years of verifiable HR experience
- 1 years of verifiable Recruitment experience
- Have dual focus with ability to effectively multitask and prioritize
- Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset
- Resilient, motivated, and highly organized with effective time/project management skills
