Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing young minds, along with a strong background in education administration.

Duties:
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, physical, social, and emotional development of children
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality care and education for all children
- Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare center, including budgeting, enrollment, and parent communication
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to create a positive learning environment
- Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements and safety standards

Skills:
- Education: MUST be qualified for atleast 68 children (required)
- Experience working with students in a childcare setting (required)
- Previous experience in higher education teaching or education administration (nice-to-have)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
