**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee our childcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, ensuring their safety, and promoting their educational development.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement programs that align with the center's philosophy and educational standards

- Supervise and support staff members to ensure a positive and nurturing environment

- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with regulations

- Collaborate with parents to address any concerns or needs regarding their children

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to the center's activities

**Qualifications:**

- CDA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Computer skills, Excel, Word, Microsoft, Email

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting

- Knowledge of education administration and curriculum development

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Certification in CPR and First Aid

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds

- Ability to educate and inspire young minds

- Familiarity with higher education teaching methodologies
