- Ability to learn Spotify, Apple Music, Soundcloud, Bandcamp, Youtube, Instagram, Facebook[META] platforms.

- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum one years of experience in music industry
- Minimum one years in marketing and/or project management

Job Duties
- Supports the Label Manager in creating and gathering all artist assets and successfully delivering them to distribution partners both internally and externally.
- Project manages all music-related marketing schedules, assets, and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project delivery dates are clearly communicated, understood, executed and delivered upon.
- Manages internal social media, including developing content and scheduling posts as well as supporting artists with their social channels.
- Assists in creating and executing ideas to engage Digital Service Providers (DSPs) for upcoming releases alongside internal marketing team and partners.
- Provides administrative support for all label activities to ensure that critical tasks are completed on a timely basis and overall objectives are met.
- Supports Label Manager in all Artists & Repertoire (A&R) functions including finding new signing prospects and sourcing new materials for releases.
- Coordinates label meetings internally and externally and manages all correspondence.
- Performs research and organizes data to prepare reports that support in the overall successful completion of the record label priorities and strategy.
- Supports internal warehouse team and signed artists with physical product management.
- Executes paid social campaigns to meet record label strategy and budget.
- Additional special projects as determined.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- The employee may be exposed to weather based cold, heat, and humidity.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee must frequently lift up to 15 pounds and must occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds.
- The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to work with products, twist, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and reach with hands and arm.
