Role: QA Assistant
Schedule: M-F FT (40hr work week)
Our mission in the Quality Assurance department is to ensure that all folders in our home care
agency are audited accurately and effectively, with a focus on timely completion. We are
committed to upholding the highest standards of quality and ensuring that all records and
documentation are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Conduct 6 quality audits daily to ensure compliance with the regulations set by the State
of Wisconsin, Department of Health Services
● Utilize platforms such as Alora, Monday, Forward Health, and others to cross-reference
information during the auditing process
● Complete missing documentation in folders to the best of your ability, including items
like missing timesheets and SV notes
● Follow up with physicians to obtain any missing 485 forms
● Communicate with respective teams, such as the Processing Team, regarding any missing
documentation and facilitate their timely submission
● Prepare high-quality audit folders and submit them to the QA Manager for final review
● Provide regular updates to the QA Manager on the progress of "almost complete" files
● Update the Monday platform and generate weekly reports as required
● Report any quality assurance observations, including mistakes or missing information,
from other teams, contributing to the process improvement efforts
● Assist in generating ideas for process improvements within the QA department and other
relevant departments to streamline the QA auditing process.
● As a team lead, demonstrate strong dedication and passion for maintaining high-quality
standards.
● Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
