Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
General cleaning of the facilities restrooms, breakrooms, and patios, including tables, sinks, walls, mirrors, windows, stalls, microwaves, floors, and fixtures.
Activities include but are not limited to scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sweeping.
Responsible for stocking cleaning supplies as needed.
Must use correct cleaners and polishes for cleaning maintaining the worksite.
Will work as a team or independently. This individual will be self-sufficient in many cases.
Will notify maintenance of any plumbing issues.
Will assist in the removal of trash from all facility trash receptacles when needed.
Required Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above and below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Normal dexterity required. Must be able to stand/walk for 8 to 12 hours at a time. Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 35lbs on occasion. Interaction with cleaning agents on a daily basis. Must be comfortable being instructed and working alone.
