Work Study- International Studies

We have an opening for a student worker in the Office of International Studies!
Assist with routine office activities such as answering phones, filing, typing, mail deliveries, copying, updating flyers, help with student events, and other assigned duties.

• Operates office equipment such as telephone, fax machine, and copier.
• Greet office visitors, answer and document all phone calls.
• Update event flyers.
• Participate in setup, process, and breakdown of student events.

• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Must be a student at Southwest Tennessee Community College.

The Salary Range for the position is:          Commensurate with college pay
