Tennessee Maid, Blount Co. based professional cleaning service, is looking for Professional House Cleaners to add to our growing team!

For now, this is a 1099 position but will eventually turn into a W2 position. The jobs you will be traveling to will be located in Blount County. The pay starts at $14/hr., but after training (typically two weeks) will go up to $15/hr.

Crucial-**Must be punctual, have reliable transportation, have reliable childcare, and able to show up to work consistently and on-time**

Hours are M-F, typically 8-5. There is one day that is later occasionally, but you're able to come in later on that day.

Cleaning duties may include:

• Wet/ dry dust
• Clean all surfaces including walls, cabinets, floors, ceiling fans, windowsills, sinks, and toilets in all rooms
• Empty trash
• Remove cobwebs
• Sweep/ mop floors
• Vacuum
• Clean mirrors and glass doors
• Fold blankets

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attendance record
• Professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Be physically able to perform the job in its entirety including being able to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, and lift 15lbs a day.
• Have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check and drug screen

We provide on the job paid training with raise opportunities available after 30 and 90 days. This is a 1099 position but will eventually transition into a W2 role.
