Description
This position is a full-time, permanent clinical onsite position within Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance in Columbia, TN.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Remove and apply casts and other appliances as required.
Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Stock and maintain cast room and work space.
Triage cast patients with problems in absence of physician, if necessary.
Maintain accurate and strict confidentiality of patient information in electronic and manual systems as established by the appropriate protocols, regulations, and policies
Clean and sanitize exam rooms in between patient visits
Basic tasks such as removing sutures and applying bandages
Measure and apply patients with durable medical equipment (DMEs)
Provide patient education and review home exercise programs
Requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
