Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and other performance metrics for each store.
• Ensure that each store maintains high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage supply chain processes, and optimize product assortments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively.
• Analyze financial reports, budgeting, and cost control to achieve financial objectives.
• Be a leader and role model for the employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years retail / QSR experience with 2 years of management preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and comprehension of store financial reports and budgeting.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective strategies.
