About The Role

As the Lead Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of TensorWave. Your expertise will directly contribute to the strategy and execution of sales and marketing materials, helping to drive the brand forward in a competitive market. This role is a unique opportunity for a creative professional to contribute significantly to the company"s branding and marketing strategies.

What you"ll do

• Lead the design and execution of sales and marketing materials, including digital, print, and multimedia content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with overall business goals.
• Participate actively in strategy sessions, bringing innovative ideas to the table to enhance brand visibility and market impact.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to your work at TensorWave.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand guidelines
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the design team.
  
  

Essential Skills And Qualifications

Minimum Experience: 5 years as a Senior Graphic Designer, with a proven track record of impactful visual design.

Preferred Background: Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly within the emerging hardware or software technology sectors.

Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
• Google Workplace applications including Slides, Docs, and Sheets
• Microsoft Office applications including Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
• Good working knowledge of Figma and UX design principles
• Exceptional project management and communication abilities; adept at working collaboratively.
• Video production and editing skills are not required but a big plus!
