What you will be doing:

• Develop and Implement E-Commerce Strategies: Create and execute holistic e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Increase sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and campaigns.
• Analyze Sales Data: Utilize sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Monitor KPIs: Track key performance indicators to assess the success of e-commerce initiatives.
• Enhance User Experience: Oversee website navigation and functionality to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with design and development teams to implement user-friendly features.
• Manage E-Commerce Associate Merchandiser: Direct the setup of products and pricing.
• Execute SEO Strategy: Collaborate with SEO agency to execute SEO content strategy.
• Utilize Analytics Tools: Use analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
• Launch New Products: Coordinate the launch of new product listings, landing pages, and promotions.
• Shopify Content Improvements: Work on Shopify content improvements and app integrations.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2 Years of E-commerce Management Experience: Proven track record of managing e-commerce operations.
• Strong Shopify Knowledge: Understanding of Shopify, digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication and project management skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
• Apparel Industry Experience: Experience in the apparel industry is a plus.
