Tenthpin Solutions is seeking an experienced Rollout & Project Manager who can lead and oversee critical projects for our rapidly growing brand. The Opportunity

As the Rollout & Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the build of a cutting-edge product. Engaging with Technical Teams and multiple stakeholders.

The role will include but not be limited to:

• Manage the product rollout organization, coordinating and steering the rollout preparation, delivery, UAT, cutover, go live and transition to business as usual.
• Rollout and implement especially SAP and cloud related technologies, with focus on SAP S/4 and SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Develop and execute comprehensive and standardized rollout plans for new products and act as service delivery contact during rollout.
• Define resource needs and allocate resources efficiently to support the successful implementation of rollout initiatives.
• Maintain close collaboration with business and product team and act as quality gate during rollout preparation.
• Oversee internal testing (incl. test scenarios and test cases creation and execution) and internal cutover (incl. cutover planning and coordination).
• Monitor rollout progress against established timelines and milestones, making adjustments as necessary.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the rollout.
• Continuously improve methodology for unified, up to date and efficient product rollouts (e.g. through ex post evaluations to identify areas for improvement).
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate rollout progress effectively to all relevant parties.
• Build the bridge to level 1 support and ITSM system provision.

Your Experience

First and foremost, you are an entrepreneurial Management Consultant who has exceptional communication skills, sees the bigger picture, and works collaboratively with your clients and colleagues alike, to create exceptional solutions. 

• Senior project management, rollout and cutover management experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects, emphasizing expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
• Good command of delivery approaches (waterfall / agile), project management (plan, execute, and monitor processes), and BizDevOps principles.
• Familiar with PM tools, i.e. PPT, Excel, MS Project, and ticketing tools, i.e. Azure DevOps and JIRA.
• Thorough experience in the software development lifecycle and quick understanding of the regulatory requirements and internal process controls.
• Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing requirements and priorities during the rollout process.
• You are proactive with hands-on attitude and proficiency in conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and team building skills, both as a leader and as a team player.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards common goals, while following a user-centric approach.
• Experience working in the life sciences industry (pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, CRO) is a plus.
