PEGA Skills Pega Certified CSA and CSSA Pega Case Management. 7 years of total experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions using Pega PRPC.
Hands on experience on PEGA 7.x PEGA 8.x versions. Expert in implementing integrations such as REST, SOAP, File Listener, MQ and Error handling.
Experience on creating technical rules such as Data Pages, Activities, Data transforms, Flows, Case Types, Decision rules etc.
following the branching strategy Adhere to the best practices including but not limited to Pega and team specific Guardrails.
Nice to have understanding of Inbound marketing
Good understanding of the Strategies and the proposition matrix
Designing & Deploying changes to new & existing function
Project Managing, Prioritizing, and Scheduling
Manage the triage process for offer validation
Experience in testing, business analysis, IT Projects
Experience with SQL and XML
Experience in the Agile process & Jira.
