Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, facilitate, and digitize interactive training programs that enable our sales team to stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Keep training content up to date and integrate existing training materials based on known best sales practices.
- Constantly evolve and refine the sales training strategy.
- Manage digital content and access portals in collaboration with technical experts.
- Collaborate with management to identify sales’ training needs, including gaps in the current program.
- Integrate with product marketing and own the implementation of new product training.
- Report progress on training to sales management in a qualitative and quantitative way
- Own and define the onboarding process to bring new sales team members up to speed quickly.
- Staying current with industry best practices, trends, and technologies to continuously improve and update training materials and delivery methods.
Qualifications
- 5 plus years of industry experience, ideally in capital equipment sales or marketing within the Semiconductor or a related industry
- Prior experience in sales and the ability to close a case and coach to the entire sales process.
- Prior experience in training and development and motivated by others reaching their goals.
- Previous management experience or demonstrated ability to coach and mentor managers.
- Strong presentation and communication skills – both in person and virtually.
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Willing to Travel (>50%)
Education
- Bachelor or higher degree in engineering or related fields or equivalent experience.
