Email Marketing Manager- Lead Generator- Outbound caller

Terapaq Corporation is looking to hire an email marketing person/lead generator to market our capabilities into the growing flexible packaging industry.

Terapaq is a growing manufacturer of flexible packaging for food, pet food, cannabis and industrial applications. We work in a team oriented environment with a focus on growth.

This position requires an individual to search for companies, call on companies and generate new relationships with potential customers in a variety of markets, This is an exciting position with a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement. Our company is growing very fast and we work in an industry with a lot of changes in the market that allow our business to grow! This position may evolve into a true outside sales role or a customer service role.

The person we will hire for this position needs to have these inherent qualities

• A genuine enjoyment of using crm's, google and ai software
• Experience with managing databases
• Well spoken and a talented writer
• A high drive personality with the willingness to work for success
• Knowledge of excel
• Organizational skills in order to maintain, keep track of and remember your leads generated
• Must be self motivated with a desire to work mostly unsupervised
• Ability to ask difficult questions and prepare for repeated conversations revolving around steering a conversation
• A positive attitude towards others
• The ability to understand a team mindset and willingness to help anyone in the company with anything that may arise at any time
• Self motivated people who want to learn and earn will be the best fit for this opportunity.
• A person with adobe illustrator experience is a plus!

• Experience with computers, including ms word, excel, outlook and other programs
• Skills with crm software
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
