This position is flexible. Full time salary, remote and in office. FNP-c license required. Fun work atmosphere, great team and support, new office settings going up, W2 position. Room for growth.

You must be fast, organized, and extremely passionate about the field of behavioral health. You will work alongside other PMHNP and FNP in the agency. You will be expected within 4-6 weeks of starting to be at 15 minute follow up and 30 minute evaluations with a full back office and front office team helping as well as onsite mobile medical personnel who set up for you while you work remote. Average daily patient load for a 10 hour work day is 25-30. Documentation is due by next day (within 24 hours) and medication same day. As a remote worker you must follow up on all emails and correspondence by same day.

Must be licensed and certified in Arizona and able to work in Arizona without restrictions. No restrictions on your DEA. We are contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial plans.

Qualifications

The Nurse Practitioner must be licensed as an RN and hold an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner certification from the Arizona State Board of Nursing, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification & Family Nurse Practitioner certification. Must hold a current and valid license to practice in the State of Arizona. Must have full prescription authority and maintain current D.E.A. licensure. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a Behavioral Health setting or demonstrated equivalent experience.
