The Wine Educator position is responsible for providing guests of Sanford Winery & Vineyard top of class hospitality and customer service. This position ensures each guest has a memorable and exceptional winery experience, where the focus is on the brand story, customer service, wines education and sales, and wine club sign ups. This position will support all management initiatives by the Sr. Retail & Hospitality Manager.

Proficient in CRM, Internet, Point of Sale

Prior tasting room, event, restaurant or other sales (hospitality focused) experience

Self-starter, clear communicator, positive team player, multi-tasker

Wine knowledgeable, and effective sales person

Must be at least 21 years in age

Ability to lift up to 50lb

Ability to work weekends and holidays

Base Compensation: $17/hour
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, length of service, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
