Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Mortgage Lifecycle Management:
• Lead the entire mortgage process from origination to servicing, ensuring smooth transitions between each phase.
• Establish robust procedures and controls to maintain high standards throughout processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing stages.
• Asset Management and Valuation Oversight:
• Direct the evaluation and management of assets, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing their value.
• Supervise renovation budgets and methodologies to align with market conditions and company objectives.
• Financial Management and Cost Control:
• Manage budgets across operational departments, optimizing loan level economics and overall financial performance.
• Develop strategies for cost reduction and efficient resource allocation while upholding service quality.
• Quality Control and Compliance:
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality control system to ensure compliance with legal standards and company guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust compliance protocols to meet evolving regulations and industry standards.
• Operational Efficiency and Technology Utilization:
• Improve operational efficiencies by strategically implementing technology to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.
• Utilize data and technology to reduce processing times and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership and Staff Development:
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the operations team.

• Stakeholder and Investor Relations:

• Innovative Practices and Market Adaptation:

• Lead initiatives to innovate and enhance the customer experience in mortgage lending.
• Executive Reporting and Decision-Making:
• Provide comprehensive operational reports to the President and Board of Managers, detailing challenges, successes, and strategic recommendations.
• Utilize data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategic planning.

Pay: $140,615.00 - $157,482.00 per year
