Terra Sonic designs, engineers, and manufacturers state-of-the-art Sonic Drill Rigs, Oscillators, Tooling and Support Equipment as well as provides training and support on deployment of proprietary Sonic Technology.
About This Role…
Terra Sonic International is seeking a Parts Fulfillment Associate who will work closely with our sales and production teams to fulfill incoming parts orders from current and newly acquired customers. This position will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be required to work on-site at our production site located in Marietta, OH.
What You Will Do…
Receive phone and email order requests, processing of orders and coordination with parts inventory associates
Ensuring proper account pipeline management including end to end order fulfillment.
Understand customer needs and requirements from a technical viewpoint
Understanding of a sales process
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
Have account management experience in a B2B environment
Have Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
Be proficient with Microsoft Office
Have 1 years of Inside Sales or Customer Account Management experience
Have industry experience (helpful but not required)
Have experience in ERP systems (Global Shop)
Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
