Estimating Manager | Aerospace

A rapidly growing, Colorado-based Aerospace company is looking to add an Estimating Manager to their team!

The company has been around for 42 years and specializes in sourcing, stocking & supplying engineered films, fabrics, foils, cork space foams and tapes that meet aerospace OEM specifications. They have a wide range of expertise in both Industrial and specification-driven Aerospace applications.

This direct hire opportunity offers a full benefit package and the opportunity to work on custom, unique, and fun projects for the aerospace industry. The company tripled in size in 2023 and has plans to double in size this year. It is truly an exciting time to join the team!

Estimating Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervisor Estimating employees
• Reviewing and processing RFQs, Risk Analysis, Project Management, and generating accurate quotes in a timely manner
• Communication with vendors and customers/requestors
• Working with Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Sales on new projects, prototypes, and opportunities
• Communication with management on quotes that have significant impact on the business

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Hybrid with opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week

Estimating Manager Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in an estimating, project coordinating, sourcing, or similar role
• Understanding of estimating/quote processes and experience managing vendor relationships
• Leadership experience
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills
• Basic math skills

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
