What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Terrace Communities?
Full and part time. Our assisted living and memory care community is looking for full-time servers to provide high quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring restaurant tables are prepared with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attending to each resident upon entrance to the dining room
- Providing restaurant menus and assisting residents in the selection of food and beverages
- Taking and serving orders in a timely manner
- Coordinating with other servers, care staff, nurses, and kitchen staff
- Dealing with problems or complaints with a positive attitude
Skills:
- Attention to detail for cleanliness and safety a must
- Provide patient, customer-driven approach to each resident
- Friendly demeanor and excellent people skills
- Trustworthy and responsible
