We are looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Marketing Coordinator . The primary responsibility is to provide administrative and general support to the marketing and sales department and coordinate and implement marketing and sales projects.
Responsibilites :
Manages and distributes requests / leads coming in through our company's / department's email inbox.
Coordinates the planning and implementation of marketing and sales projects.
Upload all inventory photos onto our website.
Complete price guide updates as requested.
Coordinates printing needs with outside vendor(s) and ensure inventory of printed materials
Manage the needs pertaining to product labels, event invites, and in-house printed materials.
Research, recommend orders, and track usage against budget, all sales swag giveaways.
Supports execution of all marketing activities.
Working with the events manager, be a go-to person to ensure events are documented and needs covered.
Ensures our sales reps have tools to promote and sell the product, keeping us fully stocked with brochures.
Prepare marketing material for sales reps / trade shows.
In partnership with the Marketing Communications Manager, supports the development and execution of advertising, email, and public relations programs.
Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing as needed within the sales and marketing teams.
Maintains and orders supplies for the marketing department as needed.
Create, maintain records of, and send CEU credit certificates
Maintains marketing calendar.
Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements :

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent, one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in database software, Internet, spreadsheets, word processing, and Photoshop.
Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work creatively within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
