Seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our 27th Ave location in Phoenix, AZ

Position Summary: Works under direct supervision of the CCBHC Coordinator.
Essential Duties
- Transferring data from a hardcopy to a database system.
- Establishing entry properties.
- Assisting with organizing and filing paperwork.
- Operating office equipment; scanners and printers. Providing additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a data entry clerk.
- Detail oriented.
- Proficiency using computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 3 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
- Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening
- Must be in compliance with Terros Health’s policy for COVID-19 vaccination
