Social Coordinator Job Description:
● Supports the Account Director and Strategy Director
● Create and maintain project status updates for the team - monitoring day-to-day activities, serving as a liaison between the Account Director, Client, and Design Team
● Oversee the workflow of creative assets from concept to delivery - monitoring designer tickets, tracking creative revisions, managing assets including file collection
● Proactively work with the team to develop and deliver best-in-class digital content; and provide quality control on all social deliverables for accuracy, client requirements and best practices
● Route creative approvals alongside the Account Director to Clients; compile and convey creative notes/revisions to the Design Team
● Spearhead the creation of presentations and client-facing decks
● Execute social audits, research and copywriting suggestions for campaign strategies
● Continually work with the Strategy Director to evolve social media campaign recommendations and align with Client goals
● Create thorough creative briefs and strategy documents using slide presentation tools
● Outline recommended types of digital content and posting cadence to accomplish social media campaign goals
● Identify what captures people’s attention on social and drives conversation. Keep finger on the pulse of social trends, new platform features and best practices - providing insights with actionable next steps on an ongoing basis
Required Qualifications:
● 1-2 years’ experience working in social media marketing or digital production
● Proficient in Google Suite and Presentation Slides Formatting
● Basic design and Adobe Photoshop knowledge a plus
● Excellent written communication skills
● Self-starter with a high level of initiative
● Project management skills with an eye for social media
● Knowledgeable of social media analytics
● Avid interest in Movies, TV, Pop Culture, Social Platforms and Entertainment Marketing
● Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in order to keep the team one step ahead
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● A positive, enthusiastic approach to work and collaboration
Physical Requirements:
• Must be comfortable working remotely, with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a mobile phone, and working on a computer. May be required to type, write, speak, hear, touch with fingertips, grip, reach, and follow multi-part instructions, with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 20 pounds.
