What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapy Assistant position at Terry Physical Therapy?
Terry Physical Therapy is a relaxed outpatient physical therapy clinic and an exciting place to work! We're looking for a person who:
1) Wants to have an impact in the clinic & community
2) Wants your patients to feel welcome & cared and not rushed through therapy
3) Cares about your co-workers and takes a genuine interest in their lives
4) Is willing to work occasional weekends to serve patients who can’t schedule their appointments during the week due to family or work commitments. (This happens infrequently)
5) Never takes for granted the amazing patient centered care atmosphere and daily work setting this job provides compared to other outpatient PT clinics.
6) Can smile and laugh with your patients even when you’re not feeling up to it.
Some other reasons that this job may make a good fit for you is that that the quality of work you do for your patients really matters. If it’s important for you to spend time really assessing patient progress and not be buried in a mountain of endless documentation. If you’re tired of watching your family enjoy themselves at home, while you continue to do your documentation…none of our therapist have ever experienced this at our clinic.
If you meet the conditions above and below then apply for the position!
- Have an active or temporary PHYSICAL THERAPY LICENSE
- Are tech savvy
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Are tired of being unhappy in your job
If you DON’T have a LICENSE to practice PHYSICAL THERAPY, skip this job posting. It’s not for you and we won’t reach out to you if you apply and don’t meet those requirements. Save both of us some time.
We look forward to hearing from you soon! Best of luck to the qualified candidate...your new work home and family is waiting to welcome you into the TPT Family.
