Technology Developer
tesa tape, a leading creator and manufacturer of specialty industrial and commercial adhesive solutions, is seeking our next innovative Technology Developer for our newly expanded site in Sparta, MI.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain technology building blocks
- Contribute to product development as part of feasibility studies or projects with specific focus on defined material fields or key technologies applied in NA
- Extend skills and know-how to ensure the necessary competence level as required for organization and realization of development tasks
- Work closely with the international product development and technology groups in Hamburg and China
What you will need:
- Experience in laboratory work in the field of technology development, raw materials, and analytical methods with a focus on adhesives
- Expertise in compounding and coating technologies and the analysis of those
- Ability to develop and maintain technology building blocks
- Contribution to product development as part of feasibility studies or projects with specific focus on defined material fields or key technologies applied in NA
- Continuous extension of skills and know-how to ensure the necessary competence level as required for organization and realization of development tasks
- Ability to work closely with the international product development and technology groups in Hamburg and China
