Marketing Assistant

Triangle Environmental Service Center, Inc., a Leading Environmental/ Industrial Hygiene Laboratory, is currently seeking a full time Marketing Assistant.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with writing press releases along with creating promotional materials such as flyers, postcards, newsletters, posters and other marketing items. This position will also help with generating email campaigns. Therefore, prior knowledge of web design and multimedia production is valued.

TESC takes pride in its excellent and reliable customer service. First-rate communication skills, both written and verbal, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivating and multi-tasking abilities are required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Writing press releases and content for TESC website
Setting up workshops and assisting at training events
Creating content for email campaigns
Posting articles on various public relations websites
Proofreading and editing marketing materials
Organizing TESC marketing campaign database
Helping maintain and manage TESC social media pages
Archiving and organizing marketing materials

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Public Relations
Excellent grammar, writing, communication and computer skills
Skilled at maintaining and marketing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
Experience in Photoshop, InDesign and Excel
Ability to research and stay updated with current news related to our testing services
Attention-to-detail
Willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Responsible and able to prioritize work assignments as well as meet any scheduled deadlines
Understanding of marketing and business concepts

Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., extra hours and/or weekend work may be required to meet business demands.
