We are looking for an exceptional web data analyst who can become an integral part of the Product Analytics and Data Engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver and an effective communicator who can collaborate with stakeholders and deliver key metrics and data across the company. We expect someone who can tackle any business problems, analyze large datasets and become the subject matter expert in web data. Most importantly, the role requires expertise in web and mobile analytics and experience working with Google Analytics and Google Cloud 360.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on large, complex web datasets and provide strategic insights, hypotheses and conclusions about web behavior
- Maintain our web data tracking infrastructure on our Tesla.com website and Mobile app
- Help to consolidate web data and our internal CRM database together to understand the full customer journey and customer acquisition channels
- Work with both data engineering, product and business teams to deliver insights and product recommendations utilizing web data
- Work with product team to plan, execute and analyze A/B experiments and track new user web events for any product launches
- Hands on experience on Google Tag Manager and help create new audiences and segmentation utilizing Google Analytics web data
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field, or equivalent in experience
- 4 years in web analytics
- Proficiency in the following- SQL, Python, Big Query, GTM, Firebase, Looker studio
- Expert in major web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and GA4 and can manage any web data configurations
- Knowledge in tracking marketing campaigns, Ad campaigns and in working with various ads platform
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to answer any business or product questions with web data

$68,000 - $240,000/annual salary cash and stock awards benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
